Why Stay at the Conference Hotel?
ASECS has contracted with the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch for the 2023 Annual Conference. The leadership would like to stress the importance of making your reservation within the official contracted ASECS hotel block. ASECS receives concessions as part of the hotel contract by committing to a certain number of hotel room nights. These concessions allow ASECS the ability to offer lower registration rates and keep the conference registration fees affordable.
ASECS encourages all participants to register for the meeting and reserve a room within the official room block. In doing so, you are not only supporting the 2023 Annual Conference but the overall financial stability of the ASECS organization.

Networking – whether it’s in a hotel lobby, the hotel coffee shop, elevator ride there are numerous opportunities for attendees to connect with each other by staying at the conference hotel.

Easily accessible — staying in the conference hotel means less travel time, since you are already where you are supposed to be each morning, plus if you need a few minutes to yourself your room is only an elevator ride away.

Rates do not include the current state and local sales tax of 17.292%.

The contracted rate is good until either the room block sells out or until the new extended deadline of Tuesday, February 14, 2022. Availability and rate cannot be guaranteed once the room block is sold out or after this date.

Hotel rate includes complimentary guest room internet if the reservation is made within the ASECS conference contracted room block.
