November 30                Deadline to apply to the Non-Tenure Track Faculty (NTTF) 

December 5                   Deadline to apply to the Traveling Jam-Pot Graduate Students

December 5                   Deadline to confirm participation in a session  

November 28                 Annual Meeting registration opens 

January 2                         Date to submit any changes/edits to sessions (Updated)

January 2                        Membership must be in good standing for inclusion in the program (Updated) 

January 29                      Early Registration rate ends at 11:59 pm ET 

February 6                      Participants must be registered to be included in the published PDF program

February 14                    Hotel Cut-off date  (Updated)

February 19                    Standard Registration rate ends at 11:59 pm ET

February 20                   Onsite registration rate begins

March 9 - 11                    ASECS Annual Meeting in St. Louis
